Job summary

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group in Chicago is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our hospital-affiliated oncology program at St. Mary of Nazareth.

This full-time role offers both inpatient and outpatient care with a robust referral base, modern infusion center, and access to a multidisciplinary team; competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology (dual-boarded preferred).
• Fellowship-trained from an accredited program.
• Eligible for Illinois medical license.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
• Manage benign hematology consults and non-malignant blood disorders as needed.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans including systemic therapies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in tumor board discussions and quality initiatives.
