Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center in Jacksonville, Florida, is actively seeking an experienced Medical Oncologist to join our growing faculty in Cancer Medicine at our Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center South Campus located at Baptist Medical Center South.
Baptist MD Anderson offers a high level of oncology care to Northeast Florida and combines focused patient care with an academic-oriented model. As part of Baptist Health, we are proud to be the region’s most preferred healthcare provider and one of only seven health systems in the U.S. chosen to replicate MD Anderson Cancer Center’s multidisciplinary care model, serving as the Southeast patient care hub for MD Anderson Cancer Network.
Our recently opened 330,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to comprehensive oncology care. We operate across multiple sites, including Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville downtown, Baptist Medical Center South, and Baptist Medical Center Clay, all fully integrated to provide expanding multidisciplinary cancer care with specialized teams in breast surgical oncology, other surgical specialties, radiation oncology, genetics, and medical oncology services.
Sub-specialization in specific malignancies and engagement in clinical research are encouraged, along with other activities aligned with the center’s mission. Qualified candidates may be recommended for an adjunct academic appointment at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, based on their accomplishments.
