Job summary

Cancer Care of Western Arizona is seeking an experienced hematology/medical oncology physician to join a community-based cancer center. You will provide comprehensive cancer care, coordinating with radiation oncology and hospital teams to deliver chemotherapy, infusion, and radiation services.

The role includes shared on-call responsibilities and close collaboration with multidisciplinary care providers to support patients through diagnosis, treatment planning, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. board-certified or eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• Arizona medical license or eligibility.
• MD or DO required with oncology board credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology and oncology services in a community-based cancer center.
• Deliver cancer care using the center’s chemotherapy, infusion, and radiation resources.
• Collaborate closely with Radiation Oncology and other care team members.
• Coordinate care using hospital laboratory and imaging services available around the clock.
• Share on-call responsibilities with the physician team.
