Job summary

Hem & Onc - St Mary's in the Chicago area is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join an established program with strong APP and hospitalist support. The role offers a 50/50 split, a base salary of $550,000 with RVU incentives, and a flexible 2–3 year guarantee structure.

Leadership/Medical Directorship opportunities are available within a large health system. The EPIC EMR supports efficient patient care, with continued growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of Hematology/Oncology fellowship.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology & Oncology.
• Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Join a growing Hematology & Oncology program in the Chicago area with an established patient base.
• Balance Hematology and Oncology duties (50/50) with APP and hospitalist support.
• Leverage leadership/medical directorship opportunities within a large health system.
• Operate within an Epic EMR environment and participate in program leadership.
