Arctic Air, a TurnPoint Services brand, is seeking a motivated Plumbing Helper – Service in New Jersey. You will assist licensed plumbers on residential and commercial service calls, gain hands-on experience, and learn plumbing best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plumbing service skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service skills.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., work in confined spaces, and tolerate varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as service needs require.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with diagnosing and repairing leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
• Help replace or install fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, and disposals.
• Support preventive maintenance tasks including water heater flushing, filter changes, and pipe inspections.
• Prepare, load, and organize tools, parts, and materials needed for daily service calls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, service vehicle, and tools.
• Follow company safety guidelines and OSHA requirements on all job sites.
• Provide courteous and professional support to customers while on site.
• Learn plumbing techniques, codes, and service skills through on‑the‑job training and mentorship.

• We are seeking a motivated and dependable Plumbing Helper – Service to join our team. In this entry‑level role, you will assist licensed plumbers on residential and/or commercial service calls.
