Job description

Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking loaders, packers, movers, and warehouse personnel to support our service centers.

Compensation is $16 per hour, dependent on experience. Minimum age is 17. Employees can earn incentives above the base rate and have opportunities for growth and promotion.

Essential Functions and Duties

• Wrap household goods for transit
• Perform packing jobs as necessary
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle
• Assist with loading trucks or containers for interstate movement
• Conduct pre‑trip inspections with drivers, covering truck interior, straps, tensioners, walk‑boards, etc.
• Complete household goods inventory
• Perform warehouse work as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, and interstate
• Good communication skills

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Real ID, complaint ID, or driver’s license (preferred)

Working Conditions

• Work inside and outside
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Frequent squatting, bending, and use of stairs
