Job summary

Corley PAE, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking a Generator Helper to learn generator installation alongside licensed teams. This entry-level role combines hands-on work with skill development and a pathway to a long-term career in the HVAC trade.

You'll assist with placing, assembling, and installing equipment, load tools, measure and cut metal, and support basic wiring under supervision. Safety, reliability, and teamwork are essential as you grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist with placing, assembling, and installing generator equipment, ductwork, and piping.
• Load, unload, and stage tools, materials, and equipment.
• Measure, cut, and prepare sheet metal, insulation, and related components.
• Support basic wiring, piping, and system connections under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and company vehicle.
• Follow all company safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Contribute to on-schedule project completion while maintaining quality.

Role Overview

Helper Generator Install (2025-1071)

The Generator Helper works alongside licensed installers and technicians to learn the full scope of generator systems. This role combines hands-on work with ongoing skill development and is designed for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to grow, and committed to building a long-term career in the HVAC trade.

Compensation & Benefits
