• We are hiring immediately for a full-time HELPER DRIVER position.
• Location: Uber Chicago Cafe - 433 West Van Buren Street, Chicago, IL 60607. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, hours may vary; AM shifts. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Must have a valid driver's license.
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision, delivers food and beverages using catering trucks, sets up and breaks down events, serves, and manages leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered events.
2. Arranges tables and decorations.
3. Sets buffet tables with food, drinks, and service items.
4. Serves food and beverages to guests.
5. Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
6. Cleans and packs dishes and utensils for return to the Catering Department.
7. Returns unserved foods, beverages, and equipment.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Valid driver's license for safe operation of company vehicles.

* Ability to obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit if required by law.
