Job summary

Baystate Delivery Inc. is hiring Amazon Delivery Helpers in Bellingham, MA. The role supports the delivery driver with loading, route execution, and safe package handoff to customers.

You’ll work on outdoor routes, participate in a team, and provide courteous service in varying weather. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a full-time schedule of 4 days per week, 8–10-hour shifts, starting at 10:00 AM. Benefits include paid training, PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and tuition

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No commercial driving experience required.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to company requirements.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.

Responsibilities

• Assist the delivery driver with loading and unloading packages.
• Ride along on delivery routes and help complete deliveries efficiently.
• Deliver packages safely and professionally to homes and businesses.
• Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with drivers, dispatchers, managers, and fellow team members.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a safe, respectful, team-oriented work environment.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lift, carry, and move packages throughout the shift.
