Job summary

Baystate Delivery Inc. is seeking Amazon Delivery Drivers to join our DSP team in Plymouth, MA. You’ll drive a company van, deliver packages on time, and provide friendly service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers starting pay of $24.00 per hour, weekly pay, full-time 4-day weeks with 8–10 hour shifts, overtime pay, PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and paid training. Onboarding is quick.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses.
• Provide exceptional customer service with every delivery.
• Use a mobile device and apps to manage routes.
• Follow safety policies, company procedures, and traffic laws.
