Job summary

Rosauers Supermarkets in Moscow, Idaho seeks a Helper Clerk to deliver friendly, attentive service. You will greet customers, help locate items, assist cashiers, and keep shelves stocked and the store welcoming.

The role is on site with weekly pay and benefits. You’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience, support teams across departments, and help ensure every customer leaves with a smile and confidence in Rosauers.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to help customers locate items and answer questions.
• Willingness to assist cashiers and bag items carefully.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
• Assisting customers and cashiers to verify prices.
• Help unpack boxes when new shipments arrive.
• Keep the parking lot clean and organized.
• Providing customers with a carry-out service if required.
• Process special orders for items that are currently out of stock.
• Put price tags or stickers on items.
• Perform price checks for cashiers or customers.
• Display sales signs on selected shelves or racks.
• Assist customers in locating items.
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.

What you’ll do
