Job summary

Goodwill South Florida in Miami is hiring for a Full Time Outlet Associate at the Miami Outlet location. This role involves cleaning, stocking, cashiering, processing, loading, and customer service across the store, dock and salvage areas.

Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleaning duties (including but not limited to) bathrooms, floors, shelves, and windows.
• Stoking responsibilities as determined by the store manager.
• Cashier duties
• Processing: sorting, separating, baling, dumping trash,
• Loading: loading and unloading trucks.
• Helpers with a forklift permit and following OSHA procedures can drive a forklift.
• Customer service activities (including but not limited to customer assistance, pricing assistance, explaining store operations, and other techniques that may enhance the store’s sales and community image.
• Other responsibilities as determined by the store manager.

QualificationsEducation and Experience

Less than high school education, or up to one month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Baling machine, merchandise movement, and storage containers.
