Patriot Disposal Services / Apple Valley Waste in Selinsgrove, PA is seeking a Helper who leads from the front to support drivers and operations in waste management. You will work with the team to ensure safety, service quality, and efficient handling of loads.

You will perform heavy lifting, assist with loading, backing up the truck, and navigating streets and job sites. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Helper is responsible for supporting key operations within the waste management and recycling industry. This role contributes to the organization's success through strong execution, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to safety, service quality, and operational excellence.
