A General Helper provides broad operational support by performing routine, physical, and organizational tasks. The role is versatile and adapts to the needs of the workplace, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations: Support teams, maintain tools/equipment, and ensure workflow continuity.
• Physical labor: Lift, load, unload, move materials, and set up work areas.
• Cleaning & maintenance: Clean workspaces, machinery, and public areas; perform routine inspections.
• Support skilled workers: Prepare tools, fetch materials, hold items in place, and assist technicians or machine operators.
• Operate basic tools/equipment: Use hand tools, power tools, pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and assist with machinery setup.
• Inventory tasks: Count, stock, receive shipments, and track supplies.
• Safety compliance: Follow safety protocols, use PPE, attend training, and report hazards.
• Record keeping: Maintain logs of tasks, inventory, and incidents.
