AOIA in Bridgeport, WV is seeking a general urologist to join an established team of three urologists, with five APPs supporting inpatient and outpatient care. The position offers immediate patient volume and access to advanced robotic technology in a dedicated operating suite.

The role provides opportunities to develop subspecialty interests in Urologic Oncology and to contribute to program growth, with a competitive base salary and CME allowance. J-1 waiver and H-1B sponsorship are available.

The incoming physician will step into an established and supported practice with five APPs and an immediate patient base. Physicians enjoy access to advanced robotic technology, dedicated operating room resources, and the opportunity to help shape the future growth of a program.

Practice Highlights

• Five experienced APPs supporting both inpatient and outpatient care
• Opportunity to participate in hiring your own APP as the practice continues to grow
• Robust regional referral network with multiple satellite clinics
• Call schedule is 1:4
• Weekend call currently supplemented by dedicated locum coverage
• Outpatient clinic located approximately one-half mile from the hospital
• High procedural volume from day one
