As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our employees experiencing technical issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Providing timely and accurate feedback to customers
• Logging all help desk interactions
• Installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software
• Following up with employees to ensure that issues are resolved

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a help desk technician or similar customer support role
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and patient
