  • Proven experience in help desk or desktop support within a fast-paced setting
  • Strong understanding of operating systems including Windows Server, macOS, Linux, and mobile device management
  • Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Practical experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS configuration, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN architecture
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Quick analytical abilities to tackle complex issues and devise effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer service focus
