Position Summary

Seeking a Dispatch Operator that is able to work with a dynamic team of dispatchers responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets. You will be responsible for monitoring security operations, coordinating responses to incidents, and providing timely communication to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Clearance/Citizen Type

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Essential responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring security systems, CCTV and alarms
• Using telephones and email to contact employees or emergency personnel
• Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing their concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure a unified approach to security
• Provide testing support to ensure newly installed or maintained security devices are functioning properly in the security system applications.

Desired / Advantageous Qualifications:

• At minimum high school diploma or equivalent coupled with three (3) years’ experience in a maintenance planner or work control field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products; good organizational skills; and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• This position is considered sensitive and may require extensive background screening processes in order to meet current or future -Network and/or government contract needs.
• Applicants and employees may be subject to and/or be required to meet specific background eligibility requirements in order to apply and maintain such positions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including security management software (a plus).

Desired Skills:

• Experience working in an industrial environment
• Previous experience using Maximo or CMMS program
• Basic understanding of emergency response procedures
• Proficient in using security software and monitoring systems
• C-CURE 9000 Monitoring Station certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
