Job summary

Trillium Professional is seeking an onsite IT Deployment/Desktop Support Technician to assist with phone hardware deployment as part of an Epic migration in Boston, MA.

This role will support the preparation, configuration, deployment, and replacement of phone hardware and other endpoint devices throughout a healthcare environment. Work will likely occur before or after clinic hours and on weekends to minimize disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with desktop support in a healthcare environment.
• Hardware deployment, installation, and device configuration.
• Epic deployment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, configuration, deployment, and replacement of phone hardware and endpoint devices in a healthcare environment.
• Support phone hardware rollouts and Epic migration-related deployments, including after-hours and weekend work.

Pay rate is $25/hour.

Qualifications

• Desktop Support, Field Services, or IT Deployment experience
• Hardware deployment, installation, and device configuration
• Experience with phone hardware rollouts or technology refresh projects
• Strong customer service and end-user support skills
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Epic implementation experience is a plus
• Comfortable working onsite in a hospital environment
• Ability to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Bachelor’s Degree
• A+ Certification
• ITIL Foundations Certification
