What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and provide instruction over the phone while following a set knowledge base format
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to branch video and phone systems, access issues, and data connectivity
- Complete user requests and routine troubleshooting scenarios, such as password resets and answering "how to" questions
- Prioritize work based on the severity level of situations and document trends for effective problem management
- Follow proper escalation procedures to ensure timely resolution of all activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in computer science or related field OR 2 years of related work experience
- Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow technical instructions and document daily activities
