Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Help Desk Support associate to assist users across multiple applications. You will perform basic problem analyses, triage issues, document incidents, and ensure accurate customer contract information.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to use computers, including the Microsoft Suite and Internet Explorer.
• Typing quickly and accurately is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic user-problem analyses for the help desk and assist with monitoring network management systems.
• Collect screenshots and data for troubleshooting and act as liaison between client and program developers.
• Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support and triage to technical staff as appropriate.
• Coordinate efforts with staff and SMEs to resolve problems and log requests as primary user contact.
• Assist in maintaining FAQ logs and provide official answers to stakeholders.
