Summary

The Help Desk Representative - Healthcare - Remote US role involves providing consultancy on insurance and healthcare, developing and implementing policies in line with laws, investigating claims, responding to provider appeals, and collaborating with healthcare organizations on insurance issues.

  • Complete complex tasks independently.

  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve questions and issues, escalating as needed.
