This position is Nonexempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. The manager is looking for:
Hard Requirements:
- 4-year degree or 4 years of direct experience in IT

- Knowledge of Atlassian Products – specifically Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Experience working with Managers with high communication skills
- Experience working closely with an IT team
- Vendor/Tool AI Validation experience with *** corporate and Airtable

Experience & Education:

Daily Tasks and Environment:
Tasks vary from processing Jira requests to meeting with Client Managers about Vendor Onboarding. The environment is remote, with most communication via Slack and Teams.
Additional Notes:
- Looking for 4 different candidate profiles, all with a 4-year IT degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or at least 4 years of direct experience without degree.
- Open to candidates with an Associate’s degree plus 15+ years of experience.
- Certifications are advantageous.
- Position is 100% remote, no specific time zone required, standard 9 am to 5 pm hours.
- Preference for candidates with stable employment history; not interested in many short-term positions.
- Experience in medical device or regulated environments is a plus but not required.
- Must have hands-on experience with Jira Service Management, SharePoint Admin, and vendor management, especially in quality/control environments.
- Technical background in API development and interfacing is essential for the 'Special Operatives Group' profile.
