TEKsystems in San Diego, CA, is seeking two Technical Support Representatives to join as contract-backed front-line support for the client reporting tools. You will be the first contact for users, troubleshoot reporting issues, and guide customization and widgets, while ensuring accurate incident documentation and professional communication.

The ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service instincts, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn the financial services reporting

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, technical support, help desk, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn software applications quickly.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

This individual will serve as the first point of contact for users requiring assistance with client reporting tools, templates, report customization, system navigation, and general application functionality. The position requires a mix of technical troubleshooting, consultative customer support, and analytical problem solving.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
