Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: sand composite helmet shells to remove imperfections and achieve smooth, paint-ready surfaces.
• Body Filler Application: mix and apply filler, shape and feather to blend with surrounding material.
• Priming: inspect for runs, sags or contamination and sand between coats.
• Painting: apply base and clear coats as needed, color match and perform touch-ups; oversee prep team.
