Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate is mandatory.
• Helicopter instrument rating is required.
• Must hold a Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Total flight hours must be at least 2,000.
• 1,500 hours must be on helicopters.
• 1,000 hours must be as PIC on helicopters.
• 1,000 hours must be on Turbine helicopters.
• At least 200 helicopter night flight hours required.

Responsibilities

• Work with medical experts to safely transport customers.
• Ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and flight crews.
• Provide shift change info following protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing training.

Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med‑Trans change board details.
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
