Job summary

Global Medical Response is looking for a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. The role includes ensuring aircraft readiness and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates must meet specific FAA certification and flight hour requirements. A 15K sign-on bonus and a competitive salary range of $110,948 to $122,043 are offered.

Preference will be given to candidates with B407 aircraft experience and those holding a high school diploma or equivalent. This position demands teamwork, safety, and accuracy in operations.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided).

Responsibilities

• Working with a team to safely transport customers.
• Ensure aircraft readiness as per manuals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch and flight crews.
• Provide shift change info to successive pilots.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Salary Range: $110,948 – $122,043 including 25% Geographic Modifier

15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readinessas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Transrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMed-Trans and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
