Air Methods is seeking a Rotor Wing Pilot to operate EC130T2/AS350 platforms in Carlsbad, NM, transporting medical crew and patients under FAR/AIM/GOM guidelines. The role requires extensive flight hours, PIC experience, and rotor-wing turbine time, with a focus on safety and compliance.
Responsibilities include preflight validation, flight planning, and collaboration with EMS teams. Internal bidding ends; open to qualified applicants for 7 on/7 off shifts and DOT/FAA compliance.

Responsible to ensure aircraft and weather conditions are airworthy to transport medical crew and patient to receiving hospital within an assigned operational area. Responsible for compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), General Operations Manual guidelines (GOM), and thorough knowledge of Air Methods policies and procedures.
