Job summary

Survival Flight, Inc. is seeking a full-time Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) Pilot to operate a Bell 407 from our Tallahassee, FL base. Join a team of aviation professionals delivering fast, safe care with a focus on mission quality.

You will work a 7/7 or 14/14 schedule per location, with housing provided off base, and eligibility for sign-on and retention bonuses. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), and travel pay where applicable.

• 2000 hours total flight time (preferred).
• 1500 hours helicopter PIC time.
• 500 hours turbine time.
• 100 hours unaided or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.
• 500 cross-country time.

Survival Flight is accepting resumes for a full-time Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) Pilot position flying a Bell 407 at our base in Tallahassee, Florida. Pilot Incentives

• Starting base salary $85,000 to $92,000, adjusted for experience
• $15,000 sign-on bonus to be paid immediately upon completion of new hire training
• $25,000 retention bonus to be paid out during the first 24 months of employment
• 7/7 or 14/14 schedule, depending on location
• Off duty and away from base pilot housing provided
• Annual aviation medical exam reimbursement
• Mileage/per-diem/travel pay for work over shifts
• $15,000 pilot referral bonus
