Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services. This role emphasizes safety and rapid response, with on‑duty housing and a 7/7 schedule.

Required: rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, helicopter instrument rating, FAA Class II Medical, 2,000 total flight hours, 1,500 helicopter hours, 1,000 helicopter PIC hours, 500 turbine hours, and night hours as specified. Sign‑on bonus $15,000 and retention bonuses; 20% geo modifier.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• 2,000 total flight hours and 1,500 helicopter hours required.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours and 500 turbine hours required.
• Night unaided 100 hours or 50 unaided with 100 aided.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers with a team of medical experts.
• Maintain aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals and FARs.
• Keep accurate Air Evac Lifeteam documentation and records.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
