Qualifications

• SFAR 73 compliance required to teach in R22 and R44.
• Flight weight under 195 lbs.
• Ability to effectively teach and communicate.
• Strong customer service and professional appearance.
• Clear reading and comprehension of English instructions.
• Must pass FAA 1st or 2nd class medical and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flight training quality and pass rates.
• Schedule ground and flight sessions for each student.
• Ensure training records meet FAA and company policies.
