Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience supporting HEDIS®, AMP, or similar programs.
• Or 3+ years in IPA/MSO/health plan quality environment.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook; strong organization and time management.
• Knowledge of Cozeva platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HEDIS® data collection, validation, and submission per NCQA timelines.
• Review HEDIS® data using Cozeva and reconcile reports for accuracy.
• Stay updated on HEDIS® and Stars specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation of methodologies, validation steps, and results.
• Prepare and maintain HEDIS® reports for management and providers.
• Assist with training materials and inter-departmental coordination.
