Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection, validation, and submission of HEDIS data per NCQA guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in file naming, saving, and logging.
• Support compliance with HEDIS and Stars requirements by tracking updates.
• Maintain logs of activities related to HEDIS data collection and validation.
• Assist with data analysis support for outgoing reports and incoming data.
• Proofread materials for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Update training materials on HEDIS measures and data procedures.
• Highlight process improvements for inter-department coordination.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and QI teams to complete tasks on time.
• Coordinate tasks per audit specifications and assist management as needed.
• Adhere to payroll policies and maintain attendance; uphold HIPAA standards.
