Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming is seeking a Manager, HEDIS Operations to lead the HEDIS improvement program and drive quality initiatives for better member care. You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with vendors and executives, and oversee data analysis to identify trends and implement effective strategies.

The role requires strong analytical abilities and experience in supervising teams, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience with demonstrated technical knowledge.
• Two (2) years of supervisor or lead experience in a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction and execution of HEDIS improvement projects.
• Collaborate with intra-agency teams, vendors, and executive leadership to build and administer a comprehensive quality program aimed at improving member care.
• Research and propose new solutions; assist in implementing new strategies.
• Lead research, analysis, and evaluation of data to identify trends and develop programs to address care gaps.
• Effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
