Candidate will work with the HEDIS team to collect member records, conduct reviews by contacting providers, and place results into a specific database. Reviews occur on site at provider offices or hospital institutions.

Travel is required and may necessitate overnight stays at hotels for remote locations. All travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Applicants must follow up on requested medical records with providers, attend training, pass assessments, and work closely with the accreditation department.

Contract: 4‑month contract from January 2017 to May 2017. Pay is competitive and depends on experience.
