Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate in Denver for our Business Tax Services practice. You will support Tax Managers and Partners in daily client portfolio management, engage planning, and engagement administration while ensuring timely, compliant work products.

You will review tax provisions and working papers, handle compliance tasks with modest direction, and mentor junior staff on complex engagements. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent investment partnership and/or mutual fund tax experience in public accounting
• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or MST from an accredited college/university
• Applied working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accounting procedures, and partnership tax regulations
• Exceptional skills in reviewing 1065 and 1120-RIC tax returns
• Ability to meet challenging client requirements and provide services
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities

• A minimum of three years of recent investment partnership and/or mutual fund tax experience in public accounting
• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or Masters in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university
• Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), accounting procedures, and partnership tax regulations
• Exceptional skills in reviewing 1065 and 1120-RIC tax returns
• Ability to meet challenging client requirements and provide services
