Job summary

A leading Investment Management Firm in New York City is looking for a Controller with extensive financial industry experience. This role involves overseeing the audit process, coordinating with tax accountants, and producing key financial reports. Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years financial industry experience.
• Knowledge of ‘40 Act Fund, closed-end funds, and hedge funds is a plus.
• Familiar with convertible bonds, high yield, and CLO's.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire audit process including fund management and filings.
• Coordinate with outside tax accountants on estimates and filings.
• Work closely with Portfolio Managers to produce daily reports.
