Qualifications

• Native or near-native Hebrew proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong grasp of English to follow project guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of professional Hebrew writing, editing, translation, QA, or related language-review workflows.
• Ability to evaluate Hebrew content against detailed rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, unnatural tone, or RTL formatting.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Hebrew items and escalate issues.
• Trainer/QA communication: update trainers about guidelines and rubric changes.
• Question handling: respond clearly on Hebrew wording and localization nuances.
• Activation management: reach out to inactive contributors and flag availability issues.
• Documentation: create and maintain Hebrew project documentation and style guides.
• Onboarding/training: run onboarding calls and explain project expectations.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent application of Hebrew guidelines across teams.
