Collaborate with a Co-Teacher to develop and implement curriculum, lessons, and activiites
Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment with differentiated instruction
Create interactive lessons centered on chagim and Jewish values
Effectivelymanage the classroom to support student learning and development
-Maintain open communication with students, parents and administrators regarding students’ progress
-Participate in school duties outside the classroom, including arrival, lunch, and dismissal duty
Proficiency in Hebrew; native Hebrew speaker preferred
Familiarity with Israeli preschool culture, including Hebrew songs commonly sung in Israeli early childhood classrooms
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Ability to build meaningful connections with young children and foster an atmosphere of mutual respect
Positive, creative, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Understanding of social, emotional, and cognitive development in early childhood
Experience differentiating instruction in a diverse classroom setting
Creative, flexible, and open-minded approach to teaching
$60,000 - $70,000 a year
Salary commensurate with experience.
