Job summary

Mohegan Sun in Connecticut is seeking a Stewarding team member responsible for deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces and equipment. You will maintain cleanliness of walls, floors, ceilings, pots, pans, fryers and other appliances in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include helping with other stewarding duties, removing trash and recyclables, and adhering to health and sanitation guidelines. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience with cleaning chemicals and equipment is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans kitchen surfaces including walls, floors and ceilings.
• Cleans kitchen equipment such as pots, pans, fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, and hoods.
• Assist with other stewarding duties as needed.
• Removes all trash and recyclables from designated areas to appropriate containers.
