Responsibilities

• Contact vendors to order parts and perform parts runs when needed.
• Enter payable invoices and compare them against requisitions for quality and quantity.
• Store parts in the storeroom, issue them to workers and keep inventory organized.
• Create work orders for repairs and assign repair jobs to mechanics.
• Record repair time expended by mechanics and proof work orders for accuracy.
• Complete the work order process for operations manager approval, then finalize and file.
