Job summary

Alpha Automotive in Columbus, Ohio seeks an experienced Heavy Truck & Equipment Technician to diagnose and repair large trucks, heavy equipment, and RVs. You’ll handle engines, transmissions, electrical, hydraulics, brakes, and HVAC with precision.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience repairing large trucks, heavy equipment, and RVs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Heavy-Duty Experience - Hands-on experience repairing large trucks, heavy equipment, and/or RVs.

• Strong Diagnostic Skills - Ability to diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, hydraulics, brakes, and HVAC/refrigerant systems.

• ASE Certification Preferred - Automotive Service Excellence certification is a plus.

• EPA 609 Certification Preferred - Experience and certification working with A/C and refrigerant systems is preferred.

• Independent Problem Solver - Confidence troubleshooting complex issues and completing repairs efficiently.

• Reliable Professional - Valid driver’s license, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing the job right the first time.

• Detail Oriented - Ability to maintain accurate repair and service records.
