Job Duties and Qualifications
  • Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or General Foreman.
  • Reads and interprets instructions and documentation and plans work activities.
  • Operates company vehicles with capacity of up to 30 tons to move materials, tools, and equipment to and from work locations in support of construction and maintenance activities and/or deliver operating materials and supplies from one warehouse to another.
  • Loads and unloads vehicles.
  • Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
  • Performs other duties and activities as directed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Tanker Endorsement required.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Heavy Truck Driver or Senior Heavy Truck Driver.
