Job summary

Purcell Tire and Service Centers is seeking an Alignment Technician to meet the individual needs of every customer and provide exceptional value through safe, quality alignment maintenance, diagnosis, and repair.

You will join a team focused on continual improvement, training, and growth while performing tire service and alignment tasks, documenting work, and delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Must own tools.
• 2-3 yrs tech experience required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, and perform vehicle alignment services.
• Perform predefined inspections and testing: tire service, alignment adjustments, and brake, axle, suspension services.
• Document work performed on service ticket and communicate with customers.
• Maintain an organized and neat work area and contribute to Purcell's culture of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Must own tools
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license
• 2-3 yrs tech experience required
• ASE certifications and/or technical school a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Commit to continual improvement, training & growth
• Diagnose, and perform vehicle alignment services
• Perform minor to complex commercial tire service
• Perform predefined inspections and testing
• Document work performed on service ticket
• Provide friendly and effective customer service
• Train to perform brake, axle, and suspension services
• Maintain an organized and neat work area
