APAC-AL, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking an Asphalt Equipment Operator in Mobile, AL to operate heavy road construction equipment on site, ensuring safety and efficiency on projects.

Applicants should have at least three years of experience operating equipment such as motorgrader, bulldozer, excavator or front end loader, with road construction experience preferred. EOE/Vet/Disability. You will maintain equipment and work with crew to meet project specs.

Qualifications

• Requires at least three years of experience operating heavy equipment on road construction projects.
• Knowledge of asphalt paving processes and equipment operation considerations.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy road construction equipment (e.g., motorgrader, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader).
• Perform minor servicing and adjustments; refer major problems to supervisor.
• Support accuracy of grades, drainage, paving patterns and compaction per project specs.
