Job summary

Crown Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable Heavy Packager to package bulk automotive parts according to customer specifications. This fast-paced, physical role requires lifting 30–50 lbs and standing throughout the shift. The position is contract to hire with a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm, in Selma, Texas.

You will identify parts by number, read work orders in English, follow safety rules, and maintain a clean work area while meeting packaging standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Identify parts by number.
• Detect damaged or non-conforming stock.
• Basic math skills.
• Read and understand work orders in English.
• Handle physical demands including constant lifting, bending, and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Package all materials related to consigned parts.
• Complete packaging tasks as per quoted standards.
• Pack bulk auto parts.
• Perform constant lifting of parts weighing between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.
• Engage in repetitive lifting, bending, and pulling.
