Job summary

Jerritt Canyon is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Trainer to develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for personnel responsible for maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy mobile mining equipment. This role emphasizes safe work practices and equipment reliability.

The successful candidate will work with Maintenance, Operations, Health & Safety, Engineering, and Learning & Development teams to identify competency gaps and deliver training that supports safe and reliable

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with heavy mobile equipment.
• Experience delivering technical training to maintenance personnel.
• Knowledge of OEM maintenance procedures and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver classroom, workshop, simulator, and hands-on training for mobile maintenance personnel.
• Provide technical training on heavy mobile mining equipment (haul trucks, loaders, dozers, excavators, drills, hydraulic/electrical systems).
• Train technicians in maintenance procedures, inspection, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
