Job summary

Lamb Weston is hiring for a position involving the breakdown and hand stacking of product totes, palletizing cases, and supporting cold room operations. The role emphasizes attention to product codes, case quality, and safety in a temperature-controlled manufacturing setting.

The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a noisy environment with a wide range of temperatures, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements. Flexibility to cover various duties is required.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements include ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.
• Exposure to noisy environments and extreme temperatures in freezer and plant operations.
• Repetitive arm, wrist and hand movements and manual dexterity needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack finished product cases onto pallets according to customer specifications.
• Monitor product codes and overall case condition for tears or leaks.
• Break down empty totes and band sets for shipping.
• Maintain full Case Erector staging area and cleanliness of work area.
• Operate controls to dump totes into hoppers and assist in other duties as needed.
