Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead heavy highway construction projects in Colorado. You will oversee all phases from inception to completion, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with construction software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar construction role.
• Experience with submittals, change orders, planning and project documentation.
• Strong leadership and ability to conduct safety orientation sessions.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing heavy highway construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet on-time, on-budget goals.
• Preparing and submitting project documentation including plans, estimates, schedules, and reports.
• Managing change orders and ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Leading safety orientation sessions and enforcing safety protocols.
• Maintaining up-to-date photo documentation of project sites.
• Participating in project meetings and providing progress updates.
• Conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specs.
