Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in highway civil or structures construction in Colorado.
• Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and self-perform work.
• Excellent organizational, team management, problem solving and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work On Site to help solve problems that occur during construction
• Work within Vista to manage costs reports
• Maintain thorough understanding of the contract with the Owner
• Monitor and report project schedule and cost progress
• Field work: Assist engineers and superintendents with work plans
• Review and approve project invoices and subcontractor payables
• Document control such as change and claim management
• Subcontractor management and development of subcontracts
• Material procurement including purchase orders
